EMILY PLUMER
The reason I became a personal trainer was to empower the individuals that I work with through movement. Movement comes in many different forms and needs to be tailored to the individual. I believe that when we move, we are not only enhancing our bodies but also our minds. My desire for my clients is that they will have an optimal body and mind connection that will make a difference in every aspect of their life. Over the past eleven years, I have had the pleasure to work with many different people. I have seen growth in not only my clients but also myself. Choosing to live a lifestyle that works best for your body and mind is so important. I would love to be a part of your journey!!

SAMANTHA DIBACCO
Sam started working out to improve her own mental health. Fitness has brought her a sense of peace that she wants to help bring to others. Sam is CPT ISSA, Nutrition Coach ISSA, Strength & Conditioning ISSA and Bodybuilding ISSA certified. In her free time she likes to walk her dogs, read, practice witchcraft and spend time at the beach. You can catch her always trying new workouts to keep things fun!

RAEANN BARNES
Raeann has a passion for health and fitness. She has been teaching group fitness for over 10 years. In addition, she has her PhD in Educational Psychology and has been working in the education field for many years. Raeann says, “fitness has been a great outlet for well-being and stress relief”. She highlights that physical health and emotional well-being are a priority for every individual. In her free time, she loves spending time with her two German Shepherds and traveling.

KAIT FALK
Kait is extremely passionate about encouraging others to be the healthiest version of themselves: body, mind, and soul and pursues balance in all three fields. In 2016, she graduated from Gannon University with a B.S. in Nutrition and Exercise Science and has coached community fitness and wellness programs for adults and youth alike ever since. She loves to add fun and games to her workouts because, "You don't stop playing because you grow old, you grow old because you stop playing!"

KATRINA BAZZOLI
Katrina is a former All-American Collegiate Basketball Player & ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. After becoming a mom, she started to have a passion to move her body and encourage others to do the same in a way that is functional and purposeful in whatever season of life you’re in. Whether you are training for something specific or if you are just wanting to move your body and live a healthier lifestyle- Katrina can come up with a workout and plan for you!
When Katrina isn’t in the gym, she enjoys reading a good book, playing pickleball, and hiking (coffee included in all things she enjoys).
I love helping women have a healthy relationship with food & feel confident in their bodies! Not just working out just to build just summer bodies, but healthy bodies that you love all year long!

JOELLE MATTHEWS
Joelle is a NFPT certified Personal Trainer and a fitness enthusiast with a run specialty background. She has more than a decade of exercise in my personal and professional life. She has a passion for yoga, running and strength training.
While she enjoys exercising in the gym, she also loves running outside, power walking local trails, and getting her heart rate up watching Buffalo Bills football games! In addition to completing 3 full marathons, Joelle has run countless half marathons and loves local 5ks!
"Bringing women together for positive, empowering movement is my purpose and I feel that exercising and sweating everyday is the first step to self love and self care.
My mission is to create a space for women of all shapes and sizes to have accessible, affordable, and attainable workouts."

ELIZABETH VALKANAS
Elizabeth is a yoga teacher who loves to inspire her students to explore their creativity, connect to their body, and find inner peace. Whether it is a dynamic flow or a relaxing restorative, she guides you through each pose with attention and care. She believes that yoga is a lifelong practice that can help you cope with any challenge that life throws at you.
When she is not on the mat, she is a passionate fundraiser for the Erie Philharmonic, a dedicated volunteer in her community, and a fitness enthusiast who enjoys strength training and Pilates. She also likes to express her artistic side by reading fantasy novels, trying out different art forms, and learning new construction skills. She shares her life with her boyfriend Shane and her adorable Schnoodle Zoë.
Gyms have always felt intimidating, but at Motivate I feel excited and hopeful. I have seen myself reach and set goals that I never thought I could experience, especially in a gym setting.
