Our CLASSES.
Led by a personal trainer in the signature Motivate style, all class accommodates a maximum of 12-16 individuals, ensuring personalized attention and encouragement. While focused classes target specific muscle groups, all of our classes are designed to engage the entire body. Additionally, each class includes some form of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cardio, guaranteeing a well-rounded and exhilarating workout experience for all participants.


LOWER BODY: quads
Monday's class is a crowd favorite, dedicated to targeting the quads, calves, and overall conditioning. In this energetic 45-minute session, participants can anticipate a dynamic mix of squats, lunges, hops, and challenging exercises designed to push their limits and ignite the burn. Led by a personal trainer in the signature Motivate style, this class accommodates a maximum of 12 individuals, ensuring personalized attention and motivation.
CHEST & BACK
This class focuses on strengthening the push and pull muscles, including the back, chest, and core. Through targeted exercises, participants enhance their strength, bolstering posture, athletic performance, and injury prevention, while also addressing any existing areas of discomfort or stiffness.
FULL BODY 45
The Full Body 45-minute class is a comprehensive and efficient workout designed to target every major muscle group, providing a well-rounded and effective fitness experience. This class is structured to make the most out of the allotted time, offering a balanced combination of strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and flexibility work.
LOWER BODY: GLUTES
Join us Mondays & Thursdays for lOWER BODY focused classes! This session is dedicated to sculpting your glutes, strengthening your hamstrings, and enhancing your overall conditioning. Get ready to squat, lunge, deadlift, and push yourself through an invigorating 45-minute class.
ARMS & CORE
Join us every Friday at Motivate for a celebration dedicated to strengthening your core muscles, biceps, triceps, and shoulders! While this class incorporates a cardio component, its primary focus is on engaging your core through muscle mind connection, controlled breathing, and challenging exercises such as planks and posture work.
